This website, getanvera.com, is operated by Anvera (“we”, “us”). By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Not investment advice

The content of this site describes our product. It is provided for information only and is not investment, financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation, an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or other financial instrument, and using the site does not create an advisory or any other professional relationship. Make your own investment decisions and consult a qualified adviser where appropriate.

No warranty

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Descriptions of what Anvera is being built to do describe our direction, not features we guarantee.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its content.

Intellectual property

The Anvera name, mark and the content of this site belong to us, except where noted. Company names, trademarks, filings and other materials referred to belong to their respective owners; their use here identifies them and implies no affiliation or endorsement. Examples drawn from a company’s public filings are illustrations of our product, not commentary on or recommendations about that company. Typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License.

We may update this site and these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Privacy notice

We collect as little as possible, and we never sell personal data.

Visiting this website

• The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind.
• Fonts and all other files are served from this site itself; no visitor data is sent to a font or analytics provider.
• The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data needed to deliver and protect it, such as your IP address and browser details, under its own privacy policy.

When you email us

If you write to [email protected], we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply to you and, if you ask, to give you access to Anvera. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace. We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful for that purpose.

Private demo links

If we send you a personal link to a demo report, we record when that link is opened, with approximate location (city and country) and browser type, so we know whether it reached you. The demo uses one functional cookie to remember that your link is valid; it is not used for tracking or advertising. We can switch a link off at any time, and will on request.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is intended for investment professionals and is not directed at children.
